P603 603 TELEINF 03:21:41 N E W S The 8th of November 3 p.m. GENEVA - UN secretary general Bout- ros Boutros-Ghali met here  with UN officials to discuss the opti- on of deploying a multinational afri- can police force to deal with growing security in rwandan refugee camps in Zaire. Boutros-Ghali said he would hold a press conference on the outcome of the meeting at 1:00 p.m. along with the other senior UN officials involved. Fifteen humanitarian organizations threatened last week to withdraw from the camps unless immediate measures were taken to end the cycle of bandit- ry and murder perpetrated by Hutu ext- remist militias inside the camps.
