P123 RICA-NEWS 123 10/12/93 00:12:04    CURRENCY CONTROL New regulations as to controlling cur- rency operations at the goods export will be introduced from January in Ru- ssia. They provide for filling the pasporjs of the deals. All the infor- mation which is necessary for executing the control must be specified in the pasport: requisites of an exporter, importer, the bank as well as terms of the contract, etc. The violation of the reqkirements prescribed provides for the forfeit of 100-300% of the goods' cost with the following confiscation of them.
