P236 COOKING 236 10/12/93 00:11:27 PARSLEY SUACE INGREDIENTS 25g loz fresh parsleu, stalks removed; 25g loz butter; 25g loz flour; 275ml 1/2 pint milk; salt and pepper. METHOD Place the parsley in the proces- sor bowl and chop finely. To the pars- ley in the bowl add the butter, flour and milk and process together for 5 sec Pour sauce into the saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
