P239 COOKING 239 10/12/93 00:11:22      VEAL AND BACON LOAF METHOD: INGREDIENTS 150mg crustless white bread 1 medikm onion peeled and qkarted; 700 g stewing veal, diced; 200 g strea- ky bacon, diced; 2.5 ml mixed herbs; salt and peper; tomato sauce. COOKING Break the bread into pieces, place into processor bowl and chop finely. Add the onion, veal, bacon, mixded herbs and seasonning and pro- cess untill coarsely chopped. Spoon the mixture into 900 g loaf tin and cover with foil. Bake at 180 C for 1 hour. Serve sliced with home-made tomato sauce. Mostext Community Index.........350
