P531 531 TELEINF 20:11:10 extracted and saved the sperm from a dead man to inseminate his wife at a later date, New York Newsday reported Thursday. Doctors removed thj sperm from Anthony Baez, 29, hours after he died on December 22. A police officer "restrained" him with "a chokehold around his neck", the family lawyer said. The death, ruled a homicide by a medical examiner, is under investigation. Baez's wife, Mirabel, intends to use the sperm, which can be stored for 20 years in nitrogen, to have a baby through in-vitro fertilization.
