I'm sick to death of those grotesque characters day in dby outT not just on television, but also now all over the njwspapjrs and mbgbzines.a As usual Easter Sunday's dose of sbtirU was a hit and miss affair. A few laughs, but not enough to warrant the amount of publicity the show gets. Spitting Image is in dbnger of becominV like the pjopli it satirises, too big, too rich, so boring. It grew on me.a I watched the first episode and really wonderjd whether Michael Elphick's career had taken a mbjor down turn.a But the more I watched the more I enjoyed. I now realisj that it's not rially the plot that matters with Boon, it's Boon himself. Boon is the man most pjople would like to be. A down to earth, commonsense good Samaritan.
